Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get started?
You can either create a new wallet or import an existing one:
- Create New: Tap "Create New Wallet" on the welcome screen.
Crucial: Write down your new private key immediately and store it offline. - Import Existing: Paste your Base58-encoded private key into the login field.
How is my private key secured?
We use the highest standard of hardware-backed security available on your device:
- iOS Your key is stored in the Keychain, protected by the device's Secure Enclave.
- Android Your key is stored in EncryptedSharedPreferences, backed by the Android Keystore System.
In both cases, your key never leaves your device and is never sent to our servers.
Authentication Issues (Biometrics)
If biometric authentication fails:
- iOS You can use your device Passcode as a fallback if Face ID/Touch ID fails.
- Android You can use your device PIN/Pattern if Fingerprint/Face Unlock fails or is not set up.
How do I manage multiple accounts?
You can manage multiple wallets within the app:
- iOS Tap the account title at the top of the Home screen to open the picker.
- Android Tap the 3D Stack Icon (or account name) to open the Account Sheet.
From here, you can Add (+) new wallets or Edit existing ones (rename/reorder).
How do I send and receive funds?
Send: Tap the Paper Plane icon. Enter the recipient's public key, the amount, and review the fee.
Receive: Tap the QR Code icon. This displays your public key and a QR code you can share with senders.
How does delegation work?
Delegation allows you to lease your CS coins. Tap the Stack/Delegate Icon to open the menu:
- Select Type: Normal (Indefinite), Till Date (Expires automatically), or Revoke (Cancel delegation).
- Enter the Node/Recipient Key.
- Enter Amount and Confirm.
Error: "Invalid private key"
Ensure you are pasting a valid Base58-encoded string. Common issues include hidden spaces at the start or end of the text. If you are copying from a PDF or website, try pasting into a plain text editor first.
How do I view my key or sign out?
Go to Settings (Gear Icon or Power Icon).
Tap "Reveal Private Key" (requires authentication) to view/copy it.
To remove the account from the device, tap "Log Out" or "Remove Account".

1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. By using the app on iOS or Android, you agree to these terms.
2. Non‑Custodial Wallet
You acknowledge that BABA Wallet is non-custodial. You control your private keys. We do not store, backup, or recover them. Losing your key means losing your funds permanently.
3. No Financial Advice
Information provided within the app (balances, transaction history) is for functionality only and does not constitute investment advice.
4. Risks
Cryptocurrency involves risks like market volatility, network failure, and technical glitches. You accept these risks entirely.
5. Prohibited Uses
Do not use the app for unlawful activities, money laundering, fraud, or attempting to hack/reverse-engineer the service.

The service is provided "AS IS". Molaanaa is not liable for indirect damages, loss of funds, or device failure. Our liability is limited to the greater of fees paid or $50.

Privacy Policy
1. Summary
- Non-custodial: Keys stay encrypted on your device (Keychain/Keystore).
- No Personal Data: We don't collect names, emails, or phone numbers.
- Blockchain is Public: Transactions made via the app are public on the Credits blockchain.
2. Data Collection & Permissions
We require specific permissions to function:
- Camera: Used strictly for scanning QR codes (addresses/keys).
- Biometrics (FaceID/Fingerprint): Used to unlock the app locally. Biometric data is processed by the OS and never accessed by the app.
- Network/Internet: Required to fetch balances and broadcast transactions to the node.
Automatic Data: We may receive anonymous crash logs (via Apple or Google Play Services) to help fix bugs. This data contains no personal identifiers.
3. Usage
Data is used solely to operate the app, provide technical support, and resolve software crashes.
4. Sharing
We do not sell user data. We may share anonymous crash data with service providers for debugging, or if required by law.
5. Your Rights
You can revoke permissions (Camera/Notifications) in your device Settings at any time. Never share your private key with support staff.
